Event terms and conditions
General:
Class Ignite 2025 | Get Connected Event (Event) will be held on 24 and 25 September 2025. The Event is organised by Class Technology Pty Ltd (Event Organiser, Class, us, our, we) and supported by our Event partners.
We have absolute discretion to accept or reject any Event registration. Where you have paid for the Event and we have rejected your registration, we will consider a refund.
Registration Cancellations:
All cancellations must be advised to the Events Team in writing via email before the cancellation can be processed. Please email classignite@class.com.au. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the Event Organiser.
Registration cancellations received in writing by the Event Organiser by 17 September 2025 will be accepted, and all paid Event fees will be refunded less an AUD$50 administration fee which will not be refunded regardless of event cancellation.
Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. You may change the name of the delegate attending by editing your Event registration. Please refer to your confirmation email to make any changes to your registration information.
Online registrations received by the Event Organiser are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Event. In these instances, full registration fees will be payable.
Please contact the Event Organiser in the case of a medical emergency. Where appropriate, a refund will be considered.
Payment Options :
Conference registrations can only be paid via debit or credit card. Ticket prices include 10% GST. Credit card surcharges may apply.
A receipt will be issued to you along with a confirmation email after completing your online registration and paying Event fees.
Privacy, Filming and Photography:
By registering for this Event and accepting these T&C, you understand and consent to your personal information being shared with Class and collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Class privacy policy available at https://www.class.com.au/class-privacy-policy/ (Privacy Policy).
By registering for this Event and accepting these T&C, you agree to receive further information and communications about the Event.
This Event may be photographed and filmed for the purpose of future marketing material. By attending this Event, you consent to your voice, image and/or name (where recorded or filmed) (Information) to be collected by us and used or disclosed for our marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your Information may be shared with our service providers (such as external marketing agencies) and/or disclosed on our website and other digital marketing channels. If you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing, you can choose to not attend the Event.
By accepting these T&Cs and having your Event badge scanned via the Event badge QR code at the Event, you agree to sharing your personal information with the relevant Event partner which scanned your Event badge QR code for marketing and communication purposes.
We will otherwise hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitations of liability and Indemnity:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Class, our employees, agents and contractors will not be liable for personal injury or death, property damage, or any other loss (including without limitation, liability for negligence, breach of these Event T&C or any other agreement), damage, cost or expense (including, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, indirect, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage) that you may incur or suffer arising out of or in connection with the Event. Our liability and your sole remedy will be limited to the refund of the fees paid to us for this Event.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold Class, our employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (Representatives) harmless from any claim, cost, demand, liability or damage (including legal costs, professional costs and other expenses on a full indemnity basis) incurred by us and/or our Representatives arising out of or in connection with the Event, including but not limited to: (1) a breach of these Event T&C; (2) your use of the venue or attendance at the Event; (3) any damage to the venue or any goods located at the venue; or (4) the infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party (including the venue) by you.
