With decades of experience, she provides expert guidance, training, and commentary to professionals across Australia. Shelley is a multi-award-winning voice in the SMSF sector and frequent media contributor. 
David Bassanese has been Betashares’ Chief Economist since 2014 and Chair of its Investment Committee since 2018, providing economic insights and portfolio strategies. He was previously a senior financial commentator at The Australian Financial Review and held economic roles at Macquarie Bank, the Federal Treasury, and the OECD. 


Eric became CEO of Investment Trends in November 2022, bringing over 30 years of international financial markets experience. Previously, he led Ausiex for 9 years within Commsec/CBA, growing it into Australia’s largest wholesale broker and overseeing its divestment from CBA. He has a strong track record in business growth and M&A activity. 


Sebastien is the Product Manager at Class, bringing his expertise as a Chartered Accountant to deliver successful outcomes for customers. Since joining Class in 2017, he has collaborated closely with customers and cross-functional teams, leveraging his deep understanding of Class products and customer needs. 
Peter is CEO of the SMSF Association and one of the most respected figures in the SMSF sector. With 30+ years’ experience in superannuation, policy, and education, he is a key voice in shaping the SMSF landscape and supporting professionals through advocacy and knowledge leadership. 


Nidal is Executive Director of Prosperity Financial Services and a lecturer at UNSW and AGSM. With 25+ years of experience, he advises on financial regulation, governance, and ethics. He’s a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Institute Certified Ethics Trainer, and widely respected across finance, education, and regulatory sectors.
Zoe is a Partner at Intralink Wealth Management with over 15 years’ experience in business services across public practice and the private sector. She specialises in advising high-net-worth clients, blending compliance and strategic insight, and is known for her integrity, attention to detail, and client-focused approach.

Yao is a Chartered Accountant and SMSF Specialist Advisor with more than 7 years’ experience in superannuation and compliance. At Class, she supports clients in strengthening their technical capability and navigating evolving regulations. 


Melanie is Principal and Senior Actuary at Accurium and a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute. With over 15 years in superannuation and retirement modelling, she supports professionals in delivering stronger retirement outcomes through expert actuarial insights and practical strategies. 

Adam is Product Manager at NowInfinity and a CPA with 10+ years’ accounting experience. A former user of the platform, he now leads product development focused on compliance workflows, automation, and better user experience. 
Jason has over 30 years' experience in financial services and has played a key role in the growth of HUB24. A founding executive and pioneer in platform development, he was instrumental in building Avanteos and continues to drive innovation, strategic partnerships, and business growth across the advice and wealth industry. 


Angelique leads the Class & NowInfinity Product Teams with 15+ years in accounting and financial planning. She is passionate about problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Angelique has held various roles in SMSF administration and financial planning firms, playing a key role in the delivery of Class Trust.

Greg is an executive for HUB24 Group Strategy with over 25 years’ experience across financial services, strategy, and digital transformation. With a focus on practical tech adoption, he helps advice firms streamline operations and improve client outcomes through forward-thinking solutions. 
Meg is Co-founder and Managing Director of Heffron and a leading voice in SMSF strategy. With over 25 years' experience, she combines deep technical knowledge with a practical approach to problem-solving. Meg is also a regular contributor to industry discussions, policy, and education. 

Simon has extensive experience in tax and finance, with roles at the ATO, KPMG, and senior positions in public and private companies. A registered tax agent and lawyer, he helps investors navigate crypto in SMSFs. He hosts Coinstash’s monthly Supercharged events, covering cryptocurrencies, SMSFs, taxation, and AI. 

Kevin is an accredited SMSF Specialist and Registered Tax Agent with over 20 years’ experience across SMSF and APRA funds. At NowInfinity, he works with key stakeholders to maintain and enhance the Document Suite, driven by a passion for technology, education, and connected financial ecosystems.

Dr Evan is Head of Innovation Lab at HUB24, holding a PhD in Computer Science. With a deep focus on AI and digital transformation, he designs forward-thinking solutions for the advice and wealth industry. Evan’s work bridges complex data with practical technology that enables better financial outcomes.



Lydia has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, holding senior roles at Colonial First State, CommSec, and HUB24. As Head of Sales at myprosperity, she leads sales and account management, driving strong outcomes for clients and partners with a passion for excellence, collaboration, and long-term relationships.



Tim, CEO of Class since 2022, brings over two decades of leadership experience in financial services. With a deep understanding of the accounting profession, he has held senior roles at major institutions including MLC and NAB. Tim is passionate about innovation, delivering exceptional client outcomes, and empowering professionals with technology that transforms the way they work. 

Katie has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and plays a leading role in RSM’s SMSF practice nationally. As a Partner and SMSF Specialist, she advises trustees, accountants, and clients on strategy, compliance, and estate planning, and is known for delivering practical, trusted guidance tailored to evolving client needs. 
Liz Westover is a Deloitte Partner and National SMSF Leader with deep expertise in superannuation, policy advocacy, and tax law. A respected commentator and industry voice, she advises clients and government bodies alike. Liz holds multiple fellowships and advanced qualifications in business, law, and accounting. 

Josh Williams is COO, SuperGuardian, a Chartered Accounting firm providing up-to-date reporting, tax and compliance services for SMSF trustees, advisers and accountants. Josh has supported SMSF clients for almost 20 years and is an SMSF Specialist Adviser (SSA).
